I'm surprised that the president doesn't see it as an opportunity to put his foot down and say, enough, let's get this taken care of. Why would he not want to do that? There is a great one documentary that just occurred asking those same questions. Barack Obama came to office with a reform minded view of Wall Street. He was talking to Paul Volcker,. The perfect guy to be Treasury Secretary to get a level playing field in Wall Street. And essentially he went with Tim Geithner, another working group member.
