La Burde-Dan - Four Stars Again
A New York Times review gave La Burde-Dan four stars again. It's the fifth consecutive time that they have gotten this. The restaurant is run by people who know things that others haven't learned yet. We celebrated for a few days the review and now we are back to work, says chef Eric Repair.
