Is the Opposition Engaging in a Culture War With Orbán?

It is clear Orbán has thrived as a culture warrior. He has for example made sure that in Hungary gay marriage remains illegal. Are these issues where the opposition should choose to fight? I should the opposition engage in a quote unquote culture war with Orbán? Well that's a very important question.
