It all depends on are we able to establish a good relationship with management and also depend on the internal politics. You got to build collateral with all of those managers. Internal trust. Then you can cash in on that collateral to get stuff done. It's one leverage mechanism that I don't think is talked about enough, but I think you're starting to see more from the investment community.
