You Can't Give to Another What You Won't Love to Yourself First
You can't fully love a person to the depths of your soul if you won't give yourself that love. When I've been treating myself pretty shitty, I'm going to naturally treat you like shit. And so is judgment, is non judgment possible theoretically for short bursts of time? But if you're a human and you're uncomfortable and you've not been taken care of yourself, it's going to be easy to judge.
