Biden's National Security Advisor to Saudi Arabia came largely out of left field. It was rather surprising given the less than ideal state of relations between the US and Israel. Netanyahu may have an interest in normalizing ties with Saudi Arabia, at least being seen to make pro-Wigess. There is a third party and that's Saudi Arabia.
