The VUCA report was about being in sync with ourselves, each other or the world around us. It's really a metaphor for this world that we've lived through as a result of the pandemic. The fleeting sort of ephemerality of everything, whether it's things or relationships or even place, is withering away. And I think people were able to wrap their heads around those words because they weren't enough.
