The target, or the objective, in the short run has fundamentally been shifted from d nucleariation to simply getting back to talks at all. If kimjangan is basically satisfied with where he is, then there's no reason to come back to talks. And the only way to change his thinking in that regard is either to offer him some inducement that would make him still better off,.
