Unadorned Thoughts About Suffering and Pain
In the opening chapters of the Bible, the Bible lets us know that God did not create a world with suffering in it. The Apostle Paul even says that all creation groans were to be made right. Jesus is teaching here that individual suffering isn't always caused directly by individual sin. This morning when I read again about the shootings that have been happening in Alhambra, California and Monterey Park, California, many of the people in my congregation live in those communities. So these are just going to be my simple, your brother in Christ. Unadorned thoughts about suffering and pain that I want to leave you with that have been helpful to me.
