The Precarious State of Public Pension Funds
California has seemed to get its fiscal house in order. It's hard to see a massive trend of taking money from the states that have been proven- economical and prudent and giving it out to the ones that have been profligate. And I just think that the precarious state of public pension funds is an issue that has received very little attention, but we'll get more in the future.
