The Onboarding Process for New Investors

The average deal size for us is around three, 50 to 400. We do take a small interest frind on there as well. That's called a management fee. The one thing i would add to that, which is something beth does, is she sends out copies of the loan documents. They're redacted so you can't identify people or properties.

For average investors, private money lending has been mentally squared away as “something mega-wealthy people do.” Most investors will write off lending money because they think they lack the experience or funds to do a successful deal.
