What Is It Like for Asian Americans?
A lot of Asian Americans have that same experience as Griffin, where like your native tongue gets kicked out and kicked out of your brain. And I'm just like, well, when you when you grow up here, like it's so easy for the language to slip away because you're not using it. So I didn't really get that extra practice of using Korean with my parents. Now I'm, it's like a mix of Conglish and my mom gets very frustrated at me.
