When you do a maconor wad or hit. Blood goes to the muscle. You start working harder. It gets trapped in the muscles. So when it comes back to the heart, your heart does not fill up as much. And when your heart fills with blood, it will stretch and contract the more blood it fills up with,. The larger it stretches, and the harder it contracts. If i'm not getting much blood leaving the heart because it's getting trapped in the working muscle, what does heart rate have to do as to get t super hat? so that's why, when you mention earlier, im if you spike the heart rate, i'm doing cardio it
