How to Get a Resume Notice

It seems like for a lot of job seekers, just getting their resume notice can be the hardest step. What are you doing or how are you hoping people get past that first hurdle? Yeah, I think the first thing right there is just putting down like the parts of your experience that the recruiters want to see.
