The Role of Barr in the Indictment of Donald Trump

I have a long friendship and a lot of respect for Bill Barr. He doesn't view this as a threat to free speech. I don't see any limiting principle at all in this case. The Rubicon was passed here when Attorney General Garland picked Smith. That's when the decision was if there's a case, we're going to bring it. And he does not think this is a free speech case.
