In rumination is, you know, truly an enramp to depression and anxiety. And trying to be conscious not to beat yourself up in your own head is probably a real helpful strategy. It also seems to me that when you're handling those day to day hassels, what you're saying to yourself, particularly bout yourself, can have a real impact on o how you view the problem, how you solve the problem.
