We were investing a lot into these living flips at the time, but we were doing pretty well and it was definitely enjoyable. We never paid off our house all the way. That wasn't something that we did. You have to lay that foundation. So for us, we just added one more brick into that and you just, you just kept going. It wasn't something ever that was a big change.
