Microsoft and Activision - Is There a Settlement?

The deadline for closing this merger as it currently stands is July 18th. There's no way that the authorities are going to bless this merger before then. Activision is set to get a $3 billion break up fee for basically doing nothing. Despite the fact that I do think that they have a good positioning court, I have real skepticism that it's going to matter.
