Who Shall I Send and Who Will Go for Us?
In Acts 26, 18, Paul says to the Gentiles that they should repent and turn to God. In 2 Corinthians 4, 4, he uses the phrase "God of this world who is blind in the minds of the unbelievers," which some scholars have taken as a reference to Satan. So I would suggest that this language here that Jesus is speaking to Paul is what Paul has in mind in 2 Corinthians4, 4. It seems to me that Paul is drawing on this episode that, you know, is way back at his conversion.
