The History of the Shroud of Jesus of Nazareth
"Even if it isn't real, it is so inspiring," Glenn says. "I think we all had reverence for the subject matter." Dr. Michael Tite of the British Museum left the museum and took a permanent chair at Oxford with some of that money. The shroud was found to be made from modern cotton rather than ancient cloth.
