I would just like call them up Especially in like a win-loss scenario because it just gets received really well. There's a lot of avenues to collect customer insights and so if you're getting blocked in one avenue Like you have to decide is it worth it to go and talk to our 10 least happy customers because that's what chris walker told me to do.
