Is De Platforming a Good Idea?
There's a challenge with am constitutional we looking at the constitutiona constitutional law is that you're really applying the old doctrine to, like, new technologiesanatheory complex. So i think thinking about things like de platforming, right? De platforming works. There's nothing that says you have to give the the hateful messages the same kind of exposure as you do to news stories from reliable news sources. And so there are some things that we could either ask or require a social media companies to do to address thi this problems and kind of related problems.
