Is the Taleban in Control?
The biggest risk to the movement is factions within the taliban. The safest policy, one that maximiss internal coegion, is to go for bo a very conservative composition of the taliban government. There are several possible sources of internal opposition: the islamic state and other terrorist actors. But none of this is really a delevelent significance of being to undermine the talaban andend from within the movement itself.
