Vanessa Salgado learned her live in boyfriend Bradley Wallen had been sexually assaulting her 16 year old daughter for years. She called the sheriff's department and filed an emergency restraining order against him. Weeks later, Wallen spotted Alexia's car at a shopping center and shot and killed her and her cousin Mario Salgado before turning the gun on himself.
