The Minneapolis Police Department Is a Pattern of Discrimination and Abuse Against Racial Minorities
Robert Bowers was convicted on all 63 federal charges against him for his hate-inspired rampage in Pittsburgh. 11 Jewish worshipers were killed and several others were wounded in the attack, carried out with an AR-15 rifle and handguns. A jury will now decide if he should get the death penalty or life in prison without parole. Report concluded that black citizens experienced 24 percent more uses of force than white people.
