I think one thing that we have to do is say you know and like Dan your parents it's great that they're here. You can't really parent even your adult children if you don't see it or be in the midst of it. Our goal should be how can I be thinking for some older folks it may be they're even listening right now but maybe think about moving to them. This multi-generational vision needs to be recaptured, he says.
