The new covenant is a better model, but the old covenant wasn't bad. If you have wicked men who are leading a godly liturgy, just like in the nation of Israel when Jesus arrived,. Do as they do or don't do as they do. The keys that we just have to remember, even in all this talk about building new Christendom, is that they who labor, labor, and vain unless the Lord builds the house. Unless the Lord comes into the temple, it's just a tent or a building.
