The Chemtrail Controversy

Thomas became the unofficial voice of the chemtrail conspiracy. He sent out email alerts alleging that hospitals across the country were filling up with patients who had come down with a mysterious respiratory illness doctors couldn't diagnose. Thomas was selling vitamin supplements on his website that could supposedly cure the side effects of what he called chemical warfare exposure. By December 1999, the Environment News Service dissociated themselves from Thomas and asked him to remove anything related to their publication from his personal website.
