Abram says that his mom had just never been good with directions. He recalls one time from his childhood when he was like 10 or 11, and he woke up to his mother crying in the dining room because she got lost on her property. "I think there could have been something bigger at play here along the lines of maybe Alzheimer's or dementia," Abram said.
