The Challenges of Regulating AI

I applaud the EU for at least trying to get ahead of something rather than being in reaction mode. It's sometimes hard to regulate new technology when you don't understand quite the effects, the underlying effects that technology can change things. I feel like Google recently got slapped really hard by EU regulators too and threatening the entire ad deck business which would be very interesting to see how that plays out too.
