The First Time Paul Baptizes People in Acts 16 and 18
This is the first time we have Paul meeting other disciples. He wants to know again that we're on the same page theologically. And so when he lays his hands on them, you know, he and they as well get this validation. This happened with Peter several times. There's a reason for Pentecost signs. It's not, I'm happy in Jesus now. So I'm going to go speak in tongues. Okay? We just don't get where they actually encounter each other in such a way in Acts."
