Can Rents Cool Off?

Patrick: I can't see how that keeps going. People will just rush in and say, good god, i'll buy a property because i can get 13 % return a year income. Ye. E, maybe this is a bit of a correction moment when you know rents are moving quickly to get am yields back to something that's more reasonable. And that was t a be reasonable tagreat sgestion. No. But i wonder, because i'm in rental, yields for so low,. have been so low for so long, been so high, and people have just been speculating that they'll get their capital returned.
