When Hannibal was nine years old, he went to spain with his father. His father conquered most of southern and eastern spain. Hannibal studied mathematics and greek and literature but also studied war. He became known as somebody who would wrap himself in a blanket and sleep on the front lines with the men. If the men were hungry, he was hungry. And he was a great leader.
