The Justice Department's Conflict of Interest in the Sock Door Case

John Avlon: Why is it the Justice Department run by Democrats are going to indict the man who's leading in the Republican polls, while at the same time their own candidate, their sitting president has an identical problem that's been so far, not charged. Is there an argument that the Justice Department has some form of a conflict of interest here?Avlon: Yeah, yeah, no doubt. And I wonder if it's a brutal whole book on that, and it's the most American, so yeah, that's exactly what's going on here.
