Block Chain and Tokens Unlock Home Owner Equity

The challenge for all western civilizations is massive entitlements, not enough capital and not enough workers. We've created this massive bubble and housing. Although the problem is most people can't unlock their equity. But if you could take forty % of your equity and sell it to some with a token, that's really cool. And let's say it had a feature like a ticket, where if somebody then resold it, you got a little piece of it back. So i i think that could work.
