The Changes in Workplace Conditions and the Relationship Between Workers and Employers

I think it is worth talking about what some of the changes that have unfolded in terms of the nature of working conditions and the relationship between workers and employers. There's also, I think, a real uptick in the blurring of boundaries between, you know, working life and home life. You know, this is happening at the level of devices. It can be harder to document the harms because of the individualization and the atomization of work.
