L i'm at my desk a quarter to nine. I've been for a run, dogs being taken out. A beautiful day, incredibly free, nothing. Somewhere around quarter to 12, girl gotin a watcha filmeye. Then suddenly you get something on a day when you've got three meetings and yos all bittyn. And then you try and claw your way back to a free day. So i think that's just the way go. But it's good to be kind to yourself, i think, and go right. I know i will. For me, my my method. Ye, and sometimes i just say: why? It's not going to happen
