The Russian Invasion of Ukraine

i was quoting tom on precisely this point in a talk i gave this morning at the army war college. The russian invasion of ukaine makes no sense from a realist perspective, it just doesn't make any sense. I was actually thinking about the what's been displacing ucrane in the news in the last aa week half or so. We need to have better, better gun control when you can kill extremely large numbers very quickly. It's for collective reasons because of the nature of the political system and its specific things that are wrong with us. And yet, we as a society not do the things that pretty much everybody sayspretty much everybody says is over and over
