When i started getting strong, i couldn't do the higher reps any more. When i made up a routine for meat, i had every single wait rap, set and exercise figured out. And i never missed. I would write a routine out 20 times from the back and front to figure out if it was all going to be duable with every fuck and thing. Even my assistance work, like my heavy assistantes work, li say, bent rows, close grips, inclines, shoulder presses,. stuff like that, heavy compound movements. It all, it all works into one. It has a purpose. Yes.
