Litter is literally anybody anywhere, anytime, log on and you have the microphone. There have been total movements started by people with less than 30 followers. I feel like this space is a space where we can compare it to radio, radio in a sense. Radio as a place for a community forum is restricted by the time limitations and the preferences of the jocks. The syndication of too many shifts has eliminated a local community element to radio that existed in the 90s.
