What Do You Think of a Socialist Work Ethic?
I think that a lot of post-work thinking and this is also what's going on in the automation stuff is the idea that because work is necessary it must be unfree. And I realized that's just not true as it turns out right that that's actually a first thing to say just because something's necessary does not make it unfree. What's necessary is also indeterminate right it's true some work has to be done but it's trueSome work has to do but it'strue some work has been done for many years now by people who have worked very hard at being able to get away with doing little or no more than they can today.
