A lot of the conversations again among the HR community have baked in a mindset of restraint. And that started two quarters ago when we started talking about what a recession would look like this year. It doesn't surprise me that we're seeing some additional jobs being added because I think this conservative mindset is something that kicked in months ago before maybe even the markets knew.
