Trump's Borderline Confession

Barbara Walters: It almost feels like Trump borderline confessing to what he's being charged with. I think it's very powerful evidence because the hardest thing to prove in most cases, but especially a case like this is wilfulness. He essentially admitted to obstruction of justice and said the reason he did it was that he needed to go through them. And so for him to say at trial, if there were to be some defense that the government has failed to prove the requisite intent, they'll just play this tape. A jury will find beyond a reasonable doubt that he absolutely knew what he was doing was illegal.
