The number of dismissals has risen because players are now not being paid. Getting sent off is a big deal it wants you not being played working class play professional players who are now playing as amateurs but sort of elite level still. They kind of return a little bit show some practices of which they grew up in and don't always turn the other cheek I think that's the way to fix it. The task of a team manager is really complex it's like it's equivalent to any sort of Saturday's Saturday amateur football manager who's had that struggle to get a squad together before a game on a Saturday.
