The Importance of Phonemic Spelling in Natural Languages
Dirk Elzinga's language, Tuba, has a phonemic spelling that gives very little clue to someone without training how a word is actually pronounced. If you expect other people to pronounce your words, you might want to compromise that one-graphing for phoneme. And we're not necessarily saying do this or don't do this. This is a suggestion to think about depending on what your priorities are.
