Pamela Smart's Petition for a Change of Sentence Was Denied
Paul Magiotto: Pamela Smart wrote me a note basically saying, I've heard you say on the media that I have no remorse for what happened with the boys. He says she's never expressed remorse for planning the murder, or for taking responsibility for the murder. "I am taking responsibility for what happened," Ms. Smart replied. She filed another petition for a parole hearing in March of 2023 but was denied.
