The Declassification of Trump's Secret Documents
The former president is accused of trying to share secret information with a room full of people, none of whom had security clearances. The Espionage Act doesn't talk about classified information and even if Trump declassified documents there's no evidence other than his say so that he did. Anyone in America who made a false statement under oath in writing to the grand jury would get prosecuted to that. It will be very hard for him to argue that he's being singled out with respect to that.
