What Are the Books in the Apocrypha?
The first few hundred years of the early church, it was a bit messy. 20 or 21 of the 27 new testament books were not disputed at all. Luther's problem wasn't so much the apocrypha, it was the roman catholics interpretation of them. Even in the lutheran tradition, the apocalypha is part of its bible.
