How Did You Go From Head Coach to Assistant?

i applaud you for being willing to embrace the suck of it and try to walk through it a kind o shifting a litle bit, but pulling on that same thread. You went from that job then to kind of assisting with another high school programme. So id leved you just to share a little bit about that and and what maybe have been a couple of important things that you've nd about yourself as a coach. And actually, right as you said it, i was going to ask you about just handling the bitterness and anger that i think most people would feel in that situation. That's heavy stuff. Because, like you talked aboutik, you were there to serve these kids.
