The Philosophy of Data Science

i'm kind of curious regarding the philosophy of data science. I feel like back then, if you went back to ask people, what's the philosophy of software engineering? It was a question of how do we operate as software engineers to bring value to the world? Now it's more on the ethical aspects of it. And maybe in ten years time we'll have something like, you know, the agile manifesto. Wealway see a natural manifest version for data sience.
